United States Proof Sets are unique items that were first produced in 1936 with a very limited release. Proof coins refer to the method of production and not the finish of the coins although proof coins usually are distinguished by their mirror like surfaces.
Each set contains:
- Lincoln cent
- Jefferon nickel
- Roosevelt dime
- America the Beautiful Quarters -El Yunque, Chaco Cultrure, Acadia, Hawaii and Denail
- Kennedy half
- Sacagawea dollar
- Presidental dollars - Chester Arthur, Grover Cleveland, Benjamin Harrison and Second Term Grover Cleveland
